Job Title: Parts Interpreter
The Position:
* Provide sales support and process sales orders in line with business processes.
* Serve as the first point of call for customer enquiries over the phone and at the counter, delivering high levels of customer service.
* Work closely with the internal sales, warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are correct.
Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and on site.
* Collate and confirm product details, ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
* Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to correct and confirm orders.
* Use strong product knowledge to assist customers.
Requirements & Skills:
* Good communication skills and a proactive 'can do' attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multitasking and prioritising.
* Intermediate computer skills and basic administrative competence.
* Previous experience in automotive part sales or phone sales is an advantage.
* Forklift licence is preferred but not mandatory.
* Junior applicants are encouraged.
* Availability to work on Saturdays.
