Following a recent announcement by the Australian Government to investigate the acquisition of UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia is looking to establish a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the potential procurement and sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- Accountable to assist all MRO Managers, aircraft maintenance team leaders and PMI teams with technical administrative support ensuring assigned tasks are performed safely, to required quality standards on time and on budget. Carry out maintenance administrative tasks as directed in accordance with company practices and national /international aviation standards.
**About you**:
- Qualifications - essential
- Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV or above) in a relevant discipline (Aeroskills - Avionics, Mechanical, Structures etc.) from a recognised institution (or equivalent)
- Appropriate aircraft trade qualifications (eg. trade papers, apprenticeship, indentures etc).
Qualifications - desirable:
- Relevant Qualifications in Quality Management Systems Experience & competencies - essential
- Strong computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and information
- Significant experience in aviation maintenance.
Experience & competencies - desirable:
- Experience in aviation quality/logistics environments.
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-in statable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
The location of the role will be at Oakey, QLD.
