All Clear Group Pty Ltd is a growing, family-owned, ISO Accredited hazardous materials and occupational hygiene consultancy working across Regional NSW. We support clients in the construction, insurance, government, defence and Transport sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Hazardous Materials Consultant / Licensed Asbestos Assessor / Occupational Hygienist to join our team in a flexible, hybrid role.

About the role
You will take responsibility for managing projects from commencement through to completion, with direct access to the directors and office manager as needed. The role involves a balanced mix of field work, reporting, and direct client engagement, and is suited to someone comfortable operating with a high level of independence.
The majority of our work is undertaken throughout the Riverina region, however from time to time projects may require travel to other locations across New South Wales. Albury-based candidates will also be considered for this role.
Beyond day-to-day delivery, this role offers the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level. Your experience, judgement, and technical input will help guide how the business grows, how services are structured, and how client relationships are developed over time, with a component of the role assisting the directors with business development.
What you will be doing
* conducting air monitoring, including asbestos, silica, and other hazardous dusts
* undertaking hazardous materials surveys and registers
* delivering asbestos clearance inspections and compliance monitoring
* performing silica exposure monitoring and related reporting
* undertaking mould assessments and remediation consulting
* providing occupational hygiene consulting, including exposure assessments and reporting
* managing projects end to end, from scoping through to final reporting
* working directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
What we're looking for
* minimum 2 years industry experience in hazardous materials and/or occupational hygiene consulting
* Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) license highly sought after
* tertiary qualification in occupational hygiene, environmental health, science, or a related field highly regarded
* strong technical writing and reporting skills
* confident managing projects and dealing directly with clients
* comfortable working independently in a hybrid role
* current driver's license

* salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 plus super, dependent on experience
