ABOUT THE ROLE
In your role as Project & Admin Assistant, you will be;
* Entering data into the job software system.
* Keeping the client database updated as to the progress of the job.
* Supporting the Site Supervisor who will ask you for assistance on specific tasks as required.
* Manning the phone and incoming emails.
* Addressing incoming claims/quotes, assessing the situation, and escalating it to the correct departments.
Full training will be given on the job for someone outside of an insurance building background. This is a permanent position, with career development opportunities available for the committed individual.
The position is full time, Monday - Friday. The starting salary is $55,000 - $65,000 + superannuation.
ABOUT YOU
* Previous administrative experience within a construction and/or insurance claims setting.
* Strong attention to detail, and able to handle a fast pace to keep up with the insurance companies' KPIs.
* Analytical and problem solving.
* Full and unrestricted working rights within Australia.
