About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Administrative Co-ordinator some of your responsibilities will include :
* Maintaining accurate client records and data in Xplan and SharePoint
* Supporting compliance documentation adviser diaries and internal workflow
* Proactively supporting Advisers in delivering new business and ongoing services
* Liaising with fund managers Centrelink share registries and other key stakeholders
* Preparing client files reports and implementation documents including superannuation pension and investment portfolios
About You
* Minimum 3 years experience in a client service or financial services admin role
* Xplan experience preferred
* Diploma of Financial Services (preferred)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
