Cyber Security Architect - IAM (CyberArk)

We're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Architect (IAM focus) to join our team in Sydney. You'll play a key role in designing and leading the implementation of IAM solutions, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk and enterprise-level security architecture. This is a hands-on role where you'll guide solution design, deployment, and best practices across multiple accounts.
What You'll Do
* Develop and evolve IAM domain architecture, roadmaps, and patterns.
* Lead design and implementation of IAM services (Identity Governance, Access Management, Roles & Entitlements).
* Define and document IAM processes (registration, authentication, authorisation, delegated access).
* Deliver solution blueprints and oversee deployment of IAM platforms.
* Partner with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
* Contribute to customer workshops, requirements gathering, and strategy.
* Ensure ongoing IAM systems monitoring, standards, and optimisation.
What We're Looking For
* 10-15 years' experience in IAM and Cyber Security at an enterprise level.
* Proven expertise with CyberArk (plus BeyondTrust or Thycotic desirable).
* Experience with IGA solutions (SailPoint/Saviynt) and SSO (Ping/Okta).
* Strong knowledge of IAM processes, RBAC, UAR, and federated authentication models.
* Familiarity with Microsoft IAM stack, Azure AD and Active Directory.
* Broad security, network, and infrastructure architecture knowledge.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
