Choux Box is looking for a full time marketing specialist to join our growing team!
Choux Box is Kingscliff’s longest running café. We are open for breakfast, lunch, coffee and have a takeaway menu available. We have just opened a second new venue, and we are also looking to expand our market by increasing our catering offerings.
We are looking for someone who can and will enthusiastically and effectively promote Choux Box’s two locations and catering offerings, and identify new marketing opportunities for our growing business. As well as design, cultivate, and implement advertising policies and campaigns to support our sales objectives and expand our market reach.
**Qualifications / Experience required**:
Ideally you will have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification AND have at least three years of high level, relevant experience.
**Tasks may include**:
- Support our sales objectives by planning, creating and executing bold new and existing advertising strategies and campaigns
- Advise our team regarding advertising strategies and campaigns to reach our target markets, create consumer awareness and effectively promote the Choux Box locations, our services and products
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and implementation of marketing objectives
- Advise on all aspects of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
- Undertake market research to identify additional market opportunities for new and existing Choux Box locations and services
- Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends based off data from market research
- Analyse data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- Have an environmentally conscious mindset and want to add value to our team
**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
