Litigation Support Role: Key Member of Litigation Team
As a key member of our litigation team, you will provide crucial support to solicitors and contribute to the smooth handling of legal disputes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and edit litigation documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and court materials.
* Assist in the conduct and management of case files, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain and organise electronic and physical case files, promoting efficiency and accuracy.
* Conduct thorough research and assist with discovery: collecting, reviewing, and organising documentation.
* Provide administrative support, including diary management and deadline tracking.
* Support the preparation of court materials, transcribe dictation with accuracy, and maintain high standards.
