**About the Role**
The role of a Golf Coach/Development Officer involves delivering junior and adult participation programs, providing instruction to both members and visitors, coordinating school, community, and club-based golf activities, organising events, clinics, and come-and-try days, engaging with local councils, schools, and sporting groups, supporting golf clubs with development, inclusion, and growth strategies, promoting programs through local media, social media, and presentations, collecting and reporting on participation data and program outcomes, and facilitating coaching sessions.
As a Golf Development Officer, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement golf programs that make a real difference in people's lives.
