Job Overview
The role of Senior CRM Application Support Specialist involves working on the development and support of a new Engagement & Relations Management ecosystem. As a Functional Analyst and Application Administrator, you will be highly proficient in configuring and administering Oracle CX Cloud suite of applications with a focus on Oracle Service Cloud.
Main Responsibilities:
* Configure and administer the Oracle CX Cloud suite of applications with a focus on Oracle Service Cloud
* Perform hands-on configuration and administration of the system and data work
* Communicate regularly with both the business and team members across IT
Key Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, administering and supporting complex CRM solutions, with an emphasis on Oracle Service Cloud/RightNow implementations
* Substantial experience working with highly integrated and complex ecosystems
* Significant experience working with large volumes of data, with a focus on data quality, data analysis and reporting
* Demonstrated ability to quickly become a productive member of a cross-functional team
* Demonstrated skills in personal time management and the ability to maintain high productivity with minimum supervision
* Demonstrated ability to lead, teach and mentor less experienced information technology staff
