Carpet Sales Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the perfect carpets and flooring for their homes.
* Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they are informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
* Actively promote and sell our range of high-quality carpets, timber, laminate and hybrid flooring products.
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom to showcase our products.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the flooring industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
* Excellent product knowledge and the ability to confidently guide customers through their purchasing decisions.
* A team‑player attitude and the desire to contribute to the overall success of the store.
