Job Title: Team Leader - Food and Beverage Operations
The Wests Group is seeking a Full Time Emporium 88 Team Leader to join the catering team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations in our Emporium outlet.
Duties:
* Assist with the supervision of staff on-shift in their day-to-day duties
* Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests
* Operating and balancing of tills
* Preparing, cooking and serving food
* Assisting in back of house operations
* Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed
* Making barista coffee and hot beverages
Requirements:
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role is essential with demonstrated abilities in leading teams. A background in a similar catering operation or the likes of fast food chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal skills. Your excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability will have you thriving in this position.
