**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive Spray Painting are essential
- Ability to handle masking, sanding and priming independently
- Certificates in spray painting desirable
- Experience with pressure pots highly desirable
- Mechanical experience (desirable)
- Ability to adapt to flexible work hours
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
