Nudge is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven, and passionate individual to join our growing, for purpose charitable organisation in the role of Manager Partnerships.

Manager Partnerships

This opportunity is available on a part time basis; 4 days per week with flexibility

As a core aspect of Nudge values and our ongoing commitment to deliver vital social and community outcomes to break the cycle of disadvantage, unemployment, and underemployment. The Manager Partnerships is an outward facing role with key focus on performance responsible for creation of new pathways, strategies, and business models to expand not only the Nudge offering to businesses but the mechanisms to achieve our mission and vision.

What you will be doing:

* Building and sustaining key relationships with existing stakeholders and contractors, local government organisations and the aged care industry across WA
* Developing and managing a pipeline of new partnership opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, pitches and partnership collateral
* Establishing new relationships within the civil construction industry and local government sector, including commercial contractors, representative bodies, business and relevant government departments
* Developing business strategies, including marketing initiatives, for increased partnership and engagement opportunities

* Attending events and undertaking proactive networking with all relevant external stakeholder groups to expand service delivery opportunities

What we are looking for

A value led, motivated and driven individual with:

* An appropriate qualification and experience in relationship management, project management, business development in a relevant field
* High level experience working with internal and external stakeholders, being proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities that build pipelines
* A track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets within fundraising, partnerships, or business development
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results, use initiative and work independently
* Outstanding communications skills (verbal and written), including preparation of formal proposals, reports and correspondence
* Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in an effective, consultative manner with a diverse range of stakeholders, contractors and government agencies

Special Requirements of the role

* Occasional travel (including overnight) across WA and some out of hours work are required
* National Police Clearance
* Driver's License – essential
