We're looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers while identifying new opportunities for growth.

The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service. This role suits someone who enjoys building trust with customers, understands B2B sales, and can balance relationship management with commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Prospect and onboard new customers
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing solutions
* Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, admin, operations)
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate CRM

About You
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Hungry for success with a focus on growth and results
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
* Confident negotiating and closing deals
* Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
* Experience in safety, industrial, or trade-related industries (highly regarded but not essential)
