**Role**: National Network Planning Manager

Reporting to the Head of Property, the National Network Planning Manager role will be the point of contact for all investment/divestment decisions whilst delivering the network footprint strategy in accordance with Goodstart's strategic goals. The role works collaboratively alongside the senior management team including Head of Transactions, Head of Facilities & Asset Management, and the National Property PMO Manager to deliver the best outcomes for Goodstart's property portfolio.
To be successful in the role, the National Network Planning Manager will have considerable experience in the Australian property market, including experience in managing a large geographically diverse portfolio of sites. Therefore, flexibility to undertake occasional domestic travel and to work outside normal business hours may be required on occasion.
**Your Impact**:
To develop and manage the long-term strategic network plan that responds to external influences and commercial constraints
Ensure the network plan provides guidance and parameters to enable investment prioritisation and allocation
Act as the key conduit across internal Goodstart ecosystems to facilitate efficient and effective network planning decisions
Support the development and management of the relevant frameworks and performance metrics to ensure more efficient investment decision making
Be actively involved in complex and/or commercially significant lease and acquisition negotiations
Support the Head of Property in strategy papers and due diligence
Support the Head of Transactions in the lease renewal decision making process
Drive engagement with key stakeholders with the objective of achieving an increased understanding of the value of both the property strategy and network plan.
Partner with the Property PMO to oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasting and stakeholder reporting responsibilities
Play an active role within the Property Team by supporting other team members and sharing best practice for the benefit of the whole organisation.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Property or equivalent
Have a minimum of 5 years of senior
- level property related business management experience.
Ability to work at both the strategic level and implementation level "on the ground".
Possess strong negotiation and communication skills as well as financial management / analytical skills.
