We're a fine art studio based on the Mornington Peninsula, full of creativity, life and rapidly growing. The work we make connects to our nature loving collectors and eternalises the moments that matter. We're growing our community both online and in person, and this role is a big part of connecting with our people!
What you're walking into: a small, highly creative team where you have the space to do your best creative content making work for our community. You'll work alongside a Creative Strategist as genuine equals... bouncing off each other, collaborating on creative, and together producing the digital output of the studio. You're not in a support role. You're in a creative role, with a creative who gets it.
The Role
You'll own the organic content and community layer of our marketing world. Your Creative Strategist partner owns data & paid while you share and connect in organics. Together you co-execute the studio's creative output of filming, editing, producing and execution. You each run your own lane independently, but have each other to brainstorm, collaborate, and an extra set of eyes, ears and hands when the creative block rears it's ugly head. Having made creative for years ourselves, it can get a bit lonely when you're in the vortex - so this role has been designed to be not that.
What This Actually Looks Like
Three things matter most in this role. Here's how we'd describe the person who does it well:
* You conceptualise, produce, and execute independently at pace. You have a portfolio that proves it. You arrive to a shoot and leave with footage you are excited about. You have smooth editing workflows. You don't need to be managed line by line to make great work.
* You build community, not just focus on followers. You respond to every organic comment and DM to be genuinely helpful and kind. You show up consistently across giveaways, activations, the everyday moments, and you genuinely care.
* You bring initiative, not just execution. You notice what the collectors are asking for, how we can help, what algorithm is doing, what formats are gaining traction, what the community is responding to — and then you act on it. You trial new things, document and share what you find, and feed it back into the strategy. You own their lane completely.

You
* A portfolio — required. Show us what you make. Range, pace, and brand sensibility. If this is just a link with content you've made, thats great too. Basically we need to see your style and skills straight up. Applications without a portfolio can't be considered, we're afraid!
* Confident and natural on camera; you make it look easy for yourself and for the people around you.
* A self-starter who works independently within a creative team and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
* Proficient in CapCut and/or Final Cut Pro, or similar. DSLR experience highly preferred. We shoot with DSLR's so you'll need to learn if you dont already know.
* Drawn to brands with a genuine creative identity — you care about what you represent and it shows
