The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the engine of the sales team—identifying opportunities, sparking conversations, and opening doors with enterprise prospects.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Prospecting into enterprise accounts across ANZ, with support from Marketing and Sales Leadership.
* Running multichannel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
* Creating innovative campaigns to engage decision-makers and C-suite leaders.
* Collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
* Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* 1+ years of sales or BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or Tech is a bonus).
* Strong communication and storytelling skills, you're confident on the phone, in writing, and in presenting.
* Organised, resilient, and motivated to hit and exceed targets.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, you're creative about finding ways to get a "yes."
