Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Fenergo platform implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
* Work closely with stakeholders across Compliance, KYC, AML, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.
* Lead requirement workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis for customer lifecycle management processes.
* Support end-to-end delivery of Fenergo upgrades, including migration from Fen-E to Fen-X.
* Analyse existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend best-practice solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services or banking.
* Strong hands‐on experience with the Fenergo platform.
* Proven expertise in Fenergo product modules, including KYC, AML, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
* Experience in Fenergo upgrade projects and Fen-E to Fen-X migration initiatives.
* Strong understanding of onboarding, client lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance processes.
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
