**About the Role**
This position plays a vital part in our operation, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our venues.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Operating gaming machines
* Delivering drinks to machines
* Resetting and paying out jackpot wins
* Operating Tab and Keno terminals
* Cleaning workstations and equipment
* Managing tills and cash handling
* Collecting glasses from the floor and returning them to bar areas for cleaning
**Availability and Scheduling**
This role requires flexibility on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability during weekdays. Shifts are scheduled during peak periods, typically from evening to early morning.
**Training and Certification**
We provide formalized training to help you gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognized qualification. You must also hold RSA and RCG certifications.
