About the Role
This position focuses primarily on the service, diagnostics, and support of commercial super-automatic coffee machines, while also offering exposure to traditional espresso systems.
You will be responsible for:
* Reactive breakdowns and fault diagnostics
* Preventative maintenance programs
* Installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Diagnosing issues across electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and software systems
* Providing professional, customer-focused onsite support
Equipment You'll Work On
Super-automatic machines (primary focus):
* Mini Bar
* WMF
* Bianchi
* Franke
* Similar commercial systems
Traditional equipment exposure:
* Espresso machines and grinders including Expobar, Fiorenzato, La Marzocco, and similar
This is a varied role suited to technicians who enjoy working across automated and manual systems.
About You
You are a capable, self-motivated technician who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider service team.
Ideally, you will have:
* Experience servicing super-automatic coffee machines (highly regarded)
* OR experience with commercial appliances, vending, or automated equipment
* A Restricted to coffee machine or plug appliances / Full Electrical License (or recognised prior learning sufficient to obtain one) is preferred but not essential if experienced in coffee.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Confidence working in a customer-facing role
* Good communication and time-management skills
* A current driver's licence
