The Role
Are you a motivated all-rounder with a passion for keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and well-maintained? We’re looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our friendly team across our beautiful sites in Williamstown, Mount Pleasant and Eden Valley.
This is a varied position with a strong focus on:
* Customer Service - ensuring high quality guest experience for all Park users
* Cleaning (primary responsibility)
* Administrative tasks – computer literacy is essential
* Gardening – occasional outdoor work
* You’ll often work independently, so being energetic, friendly, reliable, and able to think on your feet is key.
* Hours & Flexibility Typical shifts: 9/10am – 5pm
* Some shorter cleaning-only shifts may be available
* Weekend work expected
* Flexible days for the right candidate
* Wages based on Tourism Level II Award Loading applies

ESSENTIAL:
* First Aid Level 2
* Current CPR
* National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
