Administrative Support Officer Role
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced administrative support officer to provide effective assistance to their internal teams.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation by uploading and emailing reports into the insurer systems after thorough verification.
* Maintain open communication with the Make Safe Team, offering necessary support and collaboration when required.
* Conduct a meticulous review of restoration reports for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to grammar guidelines.
* Respond promptly to calls from insurers, customers, suppliers, and staff members, providing assistance or transferring calls to relevant team members as needed.
* Offer additional support to colleagues when required, ensuring seamless team operations.
* Coordinate closely with specialist tradespeople (including builders, plumbers, and electricians) to guarantee the accuracy and prompt submission of reports.
We require a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill this role. While prior experience in the industry is not essential, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
