The Opportunity We are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and customer focused Customer Service Officers who would like to be considered for current and future permanent opportunities across our Townsville sites.Sites:AMA Collision Townsville - Mount St JohnAMA Collision Mackley St - GarbuttIn this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers while providing vital administrative support to our teams and leaders, ensuring a smooth and positive repair experience.Typical role details may include:Permanent, full time positionsMonday to Friday (40 hours per week)Standard business hours (e.g. 8:00am - 4:30pm)Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a welcoming and customer focused environmentGreet customers and assist with enquiriesKeep customers informed throughout the repair process, including expected completion datesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionManage phone and email correspondenceSupport management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables)Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairsAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service roleProfessional, personable, and confident in building relationshipsStrong computer skills and experience using business systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work to deadlines in a fast paced environmentA collaborative team player with a positive attitudeWhy AMA Collision?
