As an Employment Coach you will assist with the delivery of WMQ's NDIS Work Readiness programs through workshops and activities that promote engagement and learning for young people living with disability, supporting them to succeed in their work readiness goals.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery, development, evaluation and administration of the program.
* Work from a strengths‐based perspective to assist participants with disability to meet their identified needs.
* Deliver learning materials in a workshop format following universal design principles.
* Adapt materials where necessary to meet the individual learning needs of participants.
* Connect with businesses and organisations within the local community to develop relationships for work site visits, work experience and employment opportunities for participants.
* Provide superior customer service that exceeds customer expectations at all times.

Qualifications
* Completed NDIS Quality and Safeguards Worker Orientation Module.
* Understanding of issues, barriers and support requirements relating to employment for adults with disability.Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work.
