Account Manager – Thermoformed Packaging
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across the food manufacturing, protein, and retail sectors.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain commercial relationships across procurement, operations, and R&D teams. They will also possess project management skills, with experience in managing customer projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage strong commercial relationships across procurement, operations, and R&D teams.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
* Manage end-to-end commercial projects including trials, proposals, onboarding, and contracts.
* Collaborate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to meet client expectations.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account planning.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales/account management.
* Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG is highly regarded.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven sales track record.
* Organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities across various projects.
* A self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and delivering value.
