This is a dynamic position that involves working with NDIS participants in various settings to help them achieve their goals and increase their independence.
 * Support participants across all ages and stages of life, providing tailored assistance to meet their unique needs and challenges.
 * Work under the guidance of experienced professionals, contributing to the development of effective support plans that promote participant growth and empowerment.
Sessions may include:
 * Assisting participants with daily tasks and activities, such as grocery shopping and meal preparation, to foster healthy habits and self-reliance.
 * Encouraging social engagement through play-based activities, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
 * A degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year) or relevant experience in a similar position.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with participants, families, and colleagues.
