BASF's Mining Solutions business offers a diverse range of mineral processing chemicals and technologies to improve process efficiencies and aid the economic extraction of valuable resources.
As Technical Account Manager, you'll be an integral part of bringing these solutions to the Mining industry. You'll promote and differentiate BASF as a value-adding, technically excellent and professional customer-focused company in the manufacturing and supply of these solutions. By acting as the key point of contact on mining sites, you'll strengthen relationships through your technical expertise, and through demonstration of product performance.
You'll also:

- Ensure targets are met or exceeded for the WA region
- Manage the supply of products to our customers through accurate forecasting and communication
- Test the BASF product range to identify higher performing products and conduct plant trials
- Build strong customer relationships, and identify key customer contacts and decision makers
**Ingredients for Success**
To be successful in this role, you'll be a natural communicator with the technical understanding to have strong conversations with customers. We can provide training on the 'soft skills' needed to build relationships, as long as you have a science-based background and the drive to learn.
