Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring our valued clients receive world class service with your experience in property management, understanding of effective management and unparalleled professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting two Senior PMs in managing a portfolio of around 300 properties with strong administration support.
* Working with the state-of-the-art Ailo platform, managing your clients and your day will have never been easier for you.
* Ensure that we continue to have a fun and vibrant office environment.
* Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance and adherence to licensing and company policies across your portfolio.
* Develop an ability to identify new business opportunities that benefit both the client and our group of companies - and be rewarded for doing so!
Qualifications
* At least 1 year experience in Property Management required.
* A valid driver's licence.
* A valid Property Management registration in WA or willingness to undertake.
* High performer who is self-motivated and goal orientated.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
