Job Title: Condition Monitoring and Lubrication Supervisor
This is a highly motivated role that oversees condition monitoring and lubrication programs across an Ore Processing Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and support a team of technicians to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
* Oversee lubrication and condition monitoring programs, ensuring compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
* Provide technical support, supervision, and coaching to employees and contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Allocate resources, manage schedules, and monitor performance against KPIs.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and team effectiveness.
* Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all work aligns with HSE policies and regulations.
Requirements
* Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, ideally in a fixed plant environment.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in condition monitoring, lubrication, and fixed plant maintenance.
* Exposure to vibration analysis software and fault diagnosis, with Cat II Vibration Analyst training highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with ability to influence across diverse teams.
* Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
