Code Black Psychology is an interdisciplinary team of experienced practitioners who offer specialized services to care teams supporting individuals with complex psychosocial disabilities and organizations dealing with complex disputes and complaints. Our multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychologists, social workers, allied health professionals, and legal practitioners, works collaboratively to provide diagnostic reviews, behavior support, bespoke training, and policy development advice. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for conducting neuropsychological assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and participating in case consultations. The role also involves coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to support clients with complex needs and contributing to training and policy development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in conducting neuropsychological assessments and diagnostic reviews
* Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior support and change programs
* Skilled in providing therapeutic interventions and counseling
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both in-office and remotely as needed
* Experience in dealing with complex psychosocial disabilities is a plus
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Neuropsychology or a related field
