We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive (Customer Experience) to join our team on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. This position plays an important role in implementing creative and engaging customer experiences (physical and online) aligned with the centre’s marketing strategy and plans. It also partners with local retailers and the community to drive opportunities within the centre through integrated marketing campaigns, community connection initiatives, and retailer support programs.
This role is based between our Stockland Birtinya and Baringa Centres (QLD) and will provide remote support for Forster (NSW). It is a permanent part-time role for 22.8 hours per week that can be split across 5 days or condensed into 3 days.
About the Role
* Successfully implement marketing campaigns, events and localised content.
* Engage with local retailers and integrate them into marketing campaigns and content plan to drive commercial outcomes.
* Contribute to the integration of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives through the marketing mix and program.
* Network with relevant local groups and committees to ensure that sponsorship and participation opportunities are identified in line with the marketing strategy.
* Maintain the presentation standards of the centre across elements including visual merchandising, hoarding and signage treatments.
* Integrate past experiences with innovative possibilities to drive business outcomes.
About you
You possess marketing knowledge and expertise gained through a formal qualification and ideally have worked within shopping centres or retail industries. Together with well-developed written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail, you can work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines. A true brand advocate with the ability to create genuine stakeholder relationships and the ability to go above and beyond.
