About The Role 
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist interested in working full-time in a community mental health team, particularly with our Adult population. 
Bathurst Community Mental Health comprises a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Psychiatrists, supported by senior clinicians. The role involves acute care, clinical management, and developing skills in mental health assessment, critical thinking, rapport building, and therapeutic interventions. 
The team provides services including brief intervention, complex case management, and specialized therapies such as DBT, CBT-e, SSCM, and EMDR. Staff have access to clinical supervision, daily multidisciplinary case reviews, and wellness activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
