About the Role
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer and overseeing a team of experienced Credit Managers, the Group Credit Manager supports senior management and sales teams to deliver sound commercial outcomes for the business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage credit policies and limits
* Oversee negotiation of repayment plans
* Work with legal advisors where appropriate
* Ensure compliance with bank and credit insurance requirements
* Conduct evaluation and forecasting
* Manage legal recovery and dispute resolution
* Interpret and apply legislation
Required Experience and Skills
* Several years of experience in a Credit Management role (circa 10 years preferred) in a business of substantial size
* Current membership of the Australian Institute of Credit Management
* Excellent communication skills, customer‑centric focus, advanced negotiation capabilities and stakeholder management skills
* Continuous improvement mindset and well‑developed understanding of commercial risk
