Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of dispute resolution and insolvency matters from start to finish, including conducting research, drafting pleadings and submissions, attending court, and negotiating settlements
Provide legal advice and support to clients on various disputes and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, and insolvency litigation
Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and insolvency matters
Assist in the development and training of junior team members
Role Requirements
1-5+ years post admission experience
Previous experience working in disputes and insolvency
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail and technical excellence
High-level problem-solving skills and an ability to learn new tasks quickly
Strong time management and organisational skills, together with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
Ability and willingness to develop your own network and actively participate in marketing and business development activities
