A Business Development Director is a senior sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding service offerings across the ANZ region.

* Acquire new customers, drive revenue, and close deals within key segments and verticals.
* Offer consultative solution-selling to address complex client issues in the customer care domain.
* Manage the sales process, guide internal teams, and ensure collaboration to develop innovative solutions that meet sales targets.
* Maintain disciplined CRM management throughout all sales opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure new business and maximize Probe Group's value.
Key Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in sales performance in the APAC region.
* A self-starter who has been involved in longer duration sales cycles.
* A deep understanding of the BPO Procurement process.
* Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organisations.
* Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
