About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Casual Sushi Chef to join our team, working 2–3 evening shifts per week. This role suits a confident sushi chef who performs well during service and takes pride in quality and presentation.
You will work alongside senior chefs in a professional, supportive kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and service of sushi and sashimi to a high standard
* Confident fish handling and knife work for service
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
* Work efficiently during busy evening services
* Contribute positively to a team-focused kitchen
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sushi Chef
* Strong knife skills and attention to detail
* Experience preparing a range of sushi and sashimi
* Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Reliable availability for evening shifts
* Professional, positive attitude
