This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Certifier. As a key member of our Communities and Environment portfolio, you will play a vital role in delivering commercial building certification services.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Building Certification: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and building codes while fostering strong relationships with the community and internal stakeholders.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, upholding Council values and behaviours.
* Technical Expertise: Offer expert technical advice on building matters to the public, Council, and internal teams.
The Role involves communicating effectively with contractors, internal teams, and external parties to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate
generally has experience in project management delivery of aquatic facility operations and building maintenance management. Additionally, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Project Management or Mechanical/Electrical Trade;”
