Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.

This leadership position requires a strong finance background, with a proven track record in leading and developing finance teams through change. You will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, and a minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is essential, as well as advanced skills in Excel and financial software such as Oracle.

* Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that drive business growth and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
* Design and implement financial models and tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process.
* Provide business partnering support to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics aligned with corporate goals.
* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CA, or CFA accreditation preferred.
* Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Proven track record in a leadership or senior analyst role, ideally within a corporate or consulting environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams through change.
* Ability to develop and/or manage complex financial models.
* Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
