Cabinet Maker Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled cabinet maker to join our team. As a cabinet maker, you will be responsible for conducting quality control checks and refacing doors, drawer fronts, and panels in existing homes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in cabinetry installation and a customer service-focused approach with excellent communication skills. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality control checks on kitchen cabinets, drawers, and other accessories
* Refacing (installation) of doors, drawer fronts, and panels in existing homes
* Visiting client sites to diagnose and repair issues with kitchen cabinets, drawers, and other accessories
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Maintaining service vehicles and ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary tools and parts
* Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure seamless service experiences for clients
* Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a cabinet maker with at least 3 years' experience in cabinetry installation
* A customer service-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
* A current driver's license
* Ability to work efficiently and safely on client sites
