Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for – our friendly service. Working throughout the store, Team Members do a variety of tasks from stocking shelves, putting fresh Fruit & Veg on display, to picking orders for Online Customers and being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave with their shopping.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
* Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other, and our customers safe, including reporting hazards
* Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to products throughout their shopping journey
* Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
* Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need
