Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and direction to ensure team members meet their sales targets
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, patient care, clinical, and compliance teams, to ensure effective collaboration and execution of business strategies
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in the healthcare or sales field
* At least 5 years' experience in business analytics, including proficiency in Excel and CRMs
* Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team leader/member
* Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing, with department heads, managers, coworkers, and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions

Education:
