Executive Leadership Team Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Leadership Team Assistant. As an integral member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, and executive activities.
* Schedule and manage ELT meetings, agendas, and minutes with precision and attention to detail.
* Coordinate meeting logistics, including rooms, catering, and technical setup, to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
* Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring policy compliance and efficient execution.
* Prepare detailed itineraries and verify all necessary documentation to ensure a hassle-free experience.
* Process expense claims and reconcile American Express transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise effectively between ELT, CEO's office, and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
* Support executive events and activities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
