As an Employment Expert, you'll play a vital role in connecting local employers with our services, identifying suitable vacancies, and supporting businesses in successfully employing people with disabilities.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Build close relationships with local employers to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries to achieve ongoing employment opportunities.
* Proactively identify and develop new employer relationships, taking time to understand their staffing needs and providing recruitment solutions that maximize productivity and benefits.
* Engage job-ready candidates and match them with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing to achieve sustainable outcomes.
* Work closely with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in relevant industries and provide post-placement support to participants and their employers.
About You:
* You have relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services or Community Services.
* You have previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support.
* You possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, a working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands, and demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
* You are performance-focused and have proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs.
* You hold a driver's license for travel throughout the region.
