We are seeking a passionate Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) professional to enhance the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal communities in Kununurra.
This role focuses on delivering tailored support, case management, and advocacy for individuals and families to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective case plans to address the social and emotional needs of clients
* Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients and their families
* Collaborate with other service providers to ensure holistic support for clients
