Maintenance Supervisor FMCG Manufacturing Arndell Park, NSW Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm $120,000 - $130,000 per annum OT Super We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading food/FMCG manufacturer based in Arndell Park. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a team of fitters and electricians, manage daily maintenance operations, and drive continuous improvement across a busy production environment. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance tradespeople, ensuring efficient completion of preventative and breakdown maintenance Support a strong safety-first culture, conducting risk assessments, ensuring safe work practices, and promoting compliance with WHS standards Coordinate day-to-day activities including work allocation, leave planning, contractor supervision, and resource scheduling Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely responses to breakdowns and work requests Liaise with production teams to minimise downtime and ensure smooth plant operations Manage parts purchasing, vendor negotiations, and maintenance documentation within the CMMS system Maintain compliance with GMP/GHP and contribute to site quality audits Assist hands-on with breakdowns and installations when required About You Trade qualified (Mechanical or Electrical) Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within maintenance, ideally in FMCG or food manufacturing Proven background in mechanical and electrical maintenance Strong knowledge of safety systems and compliance standards Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and CMMS systems A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills Desirable: Dual trade qualifications Disconnect/reconnect licence FMCG industry experience What's on Offer Full-time permanent role with long-term career prospects Opportunity to lead a skilled team in a well-established manufacturing facility A culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement If you're an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to step into a key leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
