* Experience in Customer Service roles.
* Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.
* Experience in a 3PL or logistics environment (advantageous but not essential).
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations.
* To act as primary point of contact for client escalations and complex queries.
* To liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
* To drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* To ensure compliance with industry standards in all client interactions.
* To provide training and mentoring to team members.
