Job Summary

The Youth Bail Support Worker will provide essential services and ongoing support to young clients, including case management, home visits, transport, therapeutic interventions, referrals, community engagement, and practical assistance to help them meet bail conditions and promote their wellbeing and stability in the community.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide case management and support services to young clients, including home visits and transport
* Deliver therapeutic interventions and referrals to support client wellbeing

Requirements

* A commitment to social justice and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people
* Experience working with people who have experienced housing instability, family breakdown, substance abuse, domestic violence, disability, and mental health issues
* A strong connection to the local community and knowledge of local youth services
* A social work qualification is not essential but is highly regarded
