We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leaderon our night shift that can lead from the front. Working for our customer Premier Foods based at our Tamworth site. You will be responsible for e nsuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to QHSE rules and procedures whilst meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.
We have a full-time, permanent position workingon our 3 on 3 off shift pattern, working 18:00 – 06:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of £31,969.56 per annum, and 22 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
* Team management: developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
* You'll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you'll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
* You'll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible
* Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs
and preparing handovers
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation and multi-channel
* Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
* Well-versed in warehouse management systems
* Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
