Full Time Permanent Role: Rates ranging between $35 and $40 per hour, plus penalties and overtime. Tickets and experience depending.

About the Role
As an MSO with MDV, no two days look the same. You'll:
* Operate machinery and equipment across various worksites
* Support arborist and vegetation management work (chainsaw use, tree removal, etc.)
* Lend a hand with general labouring, farm support, ground works and maintenance tasks
* Contribute to a team where everyone chips in and supports one another
This role suits someone who's happiest when they're doing a mix of things, who likes being part of a team that values hard work, reliability, and 'getting stuck in' together.
What We're Looking For
* Machinery operating experience and appropriate tickets/licences
* A good attitude and willingness to get involved across all aspects of the business
* Reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work
* Bonus points if you've got arborist experience or tree work background
